Terametric was well-represented at last week’s Social CRM 2011 conference in NYC – as we blogged last week Wendy led a panel on Customer Listening Strategies and I led one on Customer Adoption and also delivered a presentation titled Above the Funnel – Integrating Social and CRM. We were also able to catch up with many customers, influencers and friends – as well as make a number of new ones!
Conference organizer Luke Brynley-Jones wrote a recap of the entire event here – it was a highly-productive day spent at the intersection of ‘Social’ and ‘CRM’ with much to followup and build on.
